1000 Irisburg Road, Axton, VA 24054 Description: Join the Smith River Sports Complex as we team up with Activate to kick off a new FREE Sports Complex Walking Club. Walks will be held the 1st Monday of every month at 9:00am. When you sign up, you will receive a pedometer and monthly step tracker to monitor your activity. For each month you submit the step tracker to the walk leader, you will receive a small prize to keep you motivated on your journey to better health. But the fun doesn't end there. You will also be invited to a members only StepTastic Celebration held twice a year. Plan to meet in the meeting room of the SunTrust Pavilion, in the Legacy Courtyard, at the Smith River Sports Complex at 12 noon to walk together as a group around the complex for one hour. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and get ready for a "sportstacular" great time. Hope to see you there!

The SVRFA Board of Directors will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 5:00pm in the EDC Board Room located in the SunTrust Bank Building Uptown.
